All ages are welcome, but waivers are required for anyone under 18.

Kids 12 years old and younger must be accompanied by an adult.

The KoKo Lot is FULLY OUTDOORS, so please be sure to dress for the weather and wear closed-toed, durable shoes. There will be port-a-potties on-site for bathroom use. Please bring a pre-filled water bottle and snacks in case you get hungry while at the KoKo Lot. The KoKo Lot is nut free.
