Taiwanese banquet & Bottles 乾杯宴

On Thursday, August 28, we invite you to Nin Hao in Prospect Heights for a one-night-only Banquet & Bottles 乾杯宴 — an evening of shared dishes, craft beer, and karaoke, all in celebration of Taiwan’s spirit.

Nin Hao’s kitchen will prepare a feast inspired by Bando 辦桌 — the Taiwanese banquet tradition — set against the backdrop of the beautiful dining room, a gathering place for artists, chefs, and creative spirits.

Jessie YuChen, co-founder of Bubble Team, will pour a special selection from Ugly Half Beer — beers brewed in Taiwan that embody the island’s essence. Each bottle highlights flavors reflecting Taiwan’s landscape and culinary roots, from a crisp rice-brewed lager to a guava gose enlivened with salted plum powder.
