Baltic Street Wellness Solutions’ 2nd Annual Symposium will explore the critical role of social connectedness, meaningful interactions, and peer advocacy in supporting the recovery experience. Isolation, which escalated during the COVID-19 pandemic, creates loneliness and undermines social bonds while posing a significant threat to the recovery process. By convening experts, stakeholders, and peer leaders in this all-day conference, Baltic Street will seek to identify strategies and propose solutions that leverage the power of peer advocacy and recovery support to ensure that those in recovery have the connections and resources needed to thrive. Continuing education credit is offered through the New York State Peer Certification Board.
