Food Karma Projects is excited to share their expertly curated food, beverage and entertainment lineup for the 2023 Rib King NYC event. The news comes alongside the unveiling of the new festival location amongst the outdoor courtyard and bandshell at Industry City in Brooklyn. During the day-long bib-worthy event, patrons can sample BBQ ribs, a vegetable grilling station, grilled cheese station and libations, as well as purchase craft suds, ciders and cocktails from local favorite Hometown BBQ. Set to take place on Saturday May 27th, 2023, the bib-worthy event features a lineup of renowned BBQ chefs and pitmasters serving up their pit creations paired with a lineup of beers, ciders and new vegetarian options, a cheese station and Spanish tapas bites while experiencing performing artist from Little Feat, Scott Sharrard’s El Dorado Slim playing two sets of jam out funk and blues mash-ups.
