Prospect Park Community Health and Wellness Fair

On August 2nd, 2025, Public Health Solutions, in collaboration with Prospect Park Alliance and the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, will host a vibrant summer community health and wellness fair at the Lefferts Historic House in Prospect Park.
The fair is designed to connect Brooklyn residents (especially Medicaid members) with vital social services, while also creating space for fun, wellness, and community connection. It will feature on-site connection to vital social services for Medicaid members, including food, housing, and other resources for families, live music, and free healthy snacks and refreshments.
