Making The Bronx Dementia Friendly (Virtual)

Join us to learn about Making the Bronx Dementia Friendly, a campaign to make the Bronx a safer, more inclusive, and supportive community for people living with dementia.

We are inviting Bronx-based organizations and individuals to partner with us in this important movement.

At this session, you will learn:

–Why the Bronx, which has the highest rate of dementia in New York State, urgently needs this effort

–How your organization or you as an individual can join as a partner to help raise awareness, reduce stigma, and foster an environment of empathy and understanding

–Simple actions you can take to help people with dementia feel valued and included in everyday life
