LUNG FORCE Walk Long Island

The American Lung Association’s signature LUNG FORCE Walk is coming to Long Island! LUNG FORCE, launched in 2014, is a nationwide movement led by the Lung Association to unite everyone in the fight against lung cancer and other lung diseases like COPD, asthma, pulmonary fibrosis and COVID-19.

On Saturday, October 7, the inaugural LUNG FORCE Walk Long Island will welcome over 500 walkers to Eisenhower Park to raise critical awareness and funds for vital lung disease research, education, and advocacy. Before walking, participants enjoy live music and interactive educational opportunities about maintaining lung health, risk factors for disease, clinical trials, and advances in research.
