NEW YORK FOUNDLING LOVE:

What: Love Who You Are Community Day hosted by The New York Foundling and sponsored by the Identity & Acceptance program, which provides vital resources and support to LGBTQIA+ youth and their families. 

Beginning at 3 p.m. ET, attendees can enjoy free food, participate in a free raffle (with prizes!) and partake in various activities centered on promoting self-esteem, acceptance and positivity. In addition, at 3:30 p.m. ET, there will be a bilingual drag story followed by a family-friendly drag show at 4:30 p.m. ET. 

Timed to Valentine’s Day week – and in celebration of loving not only our significant others in our lives, but ourselves – the Love Who You Are Day is programmed by The Foundling’s Identity & Acceptance Program which provides therapeutic services to help LGBTQIA+ youth and their families thrive. 

Additional information and resources from The Foundling’s programming – such as Home of Integrated Behavioral Health and other Mental health and Community-Based services – will also be on site and available to attendees.
