Little Brooklun presents Pasties and the Wolf

Luminary burlesque performer and producer Little Brooklyn pays homage to the classic symphonic tale. Prokofiev’s most frequently performed piece and one of the most frequently performed works in the entire classical repertoire will be brought to life with the help of some of the city’s top burlesque performers.

Each will be representing each character in the story:

LIL’ MISS LIXX as the Duck

PEEKABOO POINTE the Cat

ABBY FANTASTIC as Grandpa

CHERRY DAZZLE  as the Wolf

TIGER BAY As Peter

POISON IVORY as the Bird

ANGELIQUE A’LAMODE as the Hunter

LITTLE BROOKLYN as Herself

Prepare yourself for the classic heart-warming tale re-told through the heart-racing wink, nod, shimmy, and shake of burlesque. Guests will be transformed to a whimsical forest clearing and introduced to Peter, their animal friends, and the danger that surrounds them! Star studded burlesque will introduce audiences to a symphony orchestra through this outlandish spin on Peter and the Wolf.

This highly anticipated show has been a long time coming. Peter and the Wolf has been beloved by music and story lovers since its debut over 88 years ago. Little Brooklyn has not been able to get the idea that it would make a perfect burlesque show since she was sitting in the audience at a puppet rendition of the tale over 7 years ago. FInally, here it is,  in celebration of her 50th birthday, as a gift to herself and the world. Enjoy!
