The Kings County Fiber Festival is back for another year of celebrating the art and craft of fiber at the iconic Landmark Old Stone House in Brooklyn. Set for Saturday October 11th this outdoor festival brings together fiber artists, knitters, spinners, crocheters, and enthusiasts for a day of community, creativity, and craftsmanship.

From 10 AM to 5 PM, the Old Stone House’s scenic grounds will transform into a vibrant marketplace featuring an array of hand-dyed yarns, handcrafted textiles, knitting supplies, spinning tools, and more. Artisans from across the region will showcase their unique products, offering festival-goers the chance to discover one-of-a-kind fiber arts, clothing, and accessories.

The festival also continues its tradition of community outreach by collecting hand-knit or crocheted hats to donate to local shelters as the colder months approach. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own handmade items for donation and to participate in the collective spirit of giving.

Located at 336 3rd Street, between 4th and 5th Avenues in the heart of Brooklyn’s Park Slope neighborhood, the Old Stone House is steeped in history, making it the perfect backdrop for this celebration of both traditional and modern fiber arts.

The Kings County Fiber Festival promises a day filled with creativity, learning, and the joy of fiber arts. Admission is free, and all are welcome to join in the fun!
