Japan Village Summer Festival Returns to Industry City

The annual Japan Village Summer Fest will return to Industry City in Sunset Park, Brooklyn bringing together thousands of attendees for a day of authentic Japanese food and drinks, performances and family-friendly activities.
Press and general public are invited to experience rich flavors and cultural traditions across Japan Village’s vibrant indoor-outdoor spaces. Festival highlights include Wanko Soba Noodle Eating Challenge, multiple dance contests and a Watermelon Splitting Game.
With no prior experience required, each contest winner will receive a round-trip ticket to Japan — to Kuroishi, Yamaguchi, or Morioka City.
An unparalleled destination for Japanese culture in New York City, the 20,000-square-foot food hall and marketplace was created to foster cross-cultural understanding and create lasting connections by providing a space where people from all walks of life can come together to learn, explore, and celebrate.
