House of Kellogg Announces the BLING BASH Holiday Pop-Up

House of Kellogg (HoK) is excited to announce that it will host Bling Bash: a night of colorful revelry and Brooklyn artists on Saturday, December 9th, from 5 – 9 PM. HoK invites the public to enjoy cocktails and guest vendors while soaking up some color and visiting with locals at its 65 Bond Street storefront in Downtown Brooklyn.

House of Kellogg is a bright and bold small business offering unique clothes, vintage, jewelry, and one-of-a-kind items. Owner Jennifer Kellogg opened the House of Kellogg in May of 2022 as a countermeasure to the bleakness brought about by COVID-19. She aims to make the storefront a local hub for spreading delight with her brand of cheeky and colorful joie de vivre. 

The BLING BASH promises to deliver just that, with a cadre of local burlesque entertainers and House of Kellogg friends in attendance. Burlesque star Lil’ Miss Lixx will serve cocktails, and performers Mr. Gorgeous and Miss Pinkie Special will host a pop-up shop featuring their one-of-a-kind and handmade-in-Brooklyn items.

2014 King of Boylesque award winner, Mr. Gorgeous, who provides Kellogg with costuming for the annual Heidi Klum Halloween party, will offer exclusive access to his spandex costumes and Funwear at the BLING BASH. Performer Miss Pinkie Special will feature her signature colorful, sparkly resin jewelry. 

With events like the BLING BASH, Kellogg hopes to grow bolder and brighter by bringing together like-minded people from the community. “December can be a drag; so we’re injecting color and life into the monotony of the holiday season – to shake things up!” said Kellogg. For those who resonate with the House of Kellogg ethos of “Don’t Let Tradition Define You,” the BLING BASH is an excellent opportunity to meet others from the neighborhood and see what all the buzz is about in Downtown Brooklyn.
