Halloween at BCM

Experience Halloween like never before at Brooklyn Children’s Museum! This year they’re combining their usual costumed festivities with our first-ever anime/manga themed event, curated by AniTOMO Con. Ge dressed in your Halloween costume or favorite cosplay! Trick-or-treat around the Museum, meet creepy crawlies from our living collection, and dive into the world of anime at the inaugural Kawaii Kreature Festival, taking place on our rooftop. Snap photos with professional cosplayers, show off your get-up at our kids’ costume contest, participate in Japanese-inspired art workshops, and enjoy a free screening of Okko’s Inn in the movie theater, presented by GKIDS.

Due to this event’s popularity, visitors are encouraged to attend only one session so that there is ample space for all. 10:00 am – 12:30 pm, 1:00 pm – 3:30 pm, 4:00 pm – 6:30 pm
