FREE OPEN DRESS REHEARSAL OF “I PAGLIACCI” WITH ORCHESTRA

On Thursday February 28, at 7PM, Regina Opera will present a Free Open Dress Rehearsal with Orchestra: A Double Bill of Leoncavallo’s “I Pagliacci” fully staged, sung in Italian with English supertitles; plus Mozart’s Sinfonia Concertante in E-flat Major. The tuneful opera, with jealousy, betrayal, passion, and murder during the “play within a play”, is one of the most popular Italian operas. No reservations or tickets required.

Place: Our Lady of Perpetual Help School, 5902 6th Avenue, Brooklyn. Regina Opera’s accessible entrance is located to the right of the main entrance on 6th Avenue between 59th and 60th Streets.

This FREE Dress rehearsal will feature Jose Heredia (pictured) as Canio; Rachel Hippert as Nedda;  Robert Garner as Tonio; Andrew Wannigman as Silvio; and Doohyun Yoon as Beppe.
