“Fight for Earth” Day and Spring Festival

Have you been wondering what on earth you can do in light of recent rollbacks on environmental actions coming from Washington? How can we as Christians literally fight back in faith to halt and reverse the accelerating environmental degradation which could end with our earth becoming unlivable for the next generations?
Would you like to learn how we can equip ourselves to fight for the earth?
We have good news. The Bishop and the Creation Care Community of the Episcopal Diocese of Long Island (of which Brooklyn and Queens, as well as Nassau and Suffolk, are part) are hosting a “Fight for Earth” Day retreat and Spring Festival to help us both learn how to fight for this “fragile earth, our island home,” and to celebrate God’s good gift of creation.
What: “Fight for Earth” Day and Spring Festival

When-time: 9:30-4:00
