Cumbe Dance in Fort Greene

Join Fort Greene Park Conservancy at Fort Greene Park’s Monument Plaza for dance workshops hosted in partnership with the Cumbe Center for African and Diaspora Dance! No prior dance experience is needed. This event is family-friendly, and kids are encouraged to participate. All ages are welcome. Watch master artists perform, then experience the joy and learn the movements through a class and a dance jam.
