Carol w/ Fish Hunt

Film for Good! is a film club dedicated to fundraising for important causes, bringing folks together for a night at the movies (except it’s at Purgatory, so it’s better) and a stripped down musical performance. This month’s screening will feature “Carol” (2015), followed by an extra special set from Fish Hunt. All proceeds will benefit Women in Need New York, an organization dedicated to providing safe housing and critical services to help homeless women and their children rebuild their lives and break the cycle of homelessness. Downstairs, we’ll be collaborating with Art + Type Magazine—a New york–based, women-led zine—to make DIY holiday cards for Citymeals, as part of their program delivering meals and handmade cards to isolated New Yorkers in need.
