Brooklyn Bridge parkrun

Brooklyn Bridge parkrun is a free, weekly event where people of all ages and abilities walk, jog, run, or volunteer in a 5k event on a Saturday morning.  We are community-focused, positive, and welcoming event that is designed for all – no matter your age or ability.

The event takes place at Brooklyn Bridge Park (Pier 1), Furman Street, Brooklyn, NY 11201, with the 5k snaking through the park.  The meeting point is next to the Granite Prospect Steps.  Every week we grab a post parkrun coffee at Brooklyn Bridge Park Pier 1 Pavillion Cafe (Breads) – please come and join us!

To participate, you register online to receive a unique barcode, which is used to time and record your participation and results without it being a formal race.  We also meet for coffee and a catchup post event.
