Brewminaries Present: Cornucopia

Brewminaries Present: Cornucopia, a beer festival celebrating the bountiful harvest! Taste more than 30 beers from some of the best homebrewers in NYC!  This year brewers will focus on adjuncts, which are any ingredient in beer other than the traditional four- barley, water, yeast or hops. These will include corn, oats, wheat, rye, fruit, veg/spice/herb, sugars, and misc. grains. 10% of proceeds will be donated to The Campaign Against Hunger, an organization dedicated to increasing access to safe, nutritious food and resources to those most in need. Admission includes unlimited homebrew tastings and a souvenir glass. They’ll also be raffling off goodies from NYC breweries and bars.

The Brewminaries annual event celebrates the great homebrewers of the club, and we’re excited to be welcoming a larger crowd back. After a few years with virtual and limited annual events, we are looking forward to a big celebration as in years past, where we have explored classic American styles, German beer styles, seasonal beers, used local NY ingredients, and pitted big beers against session beers.
