Breathwork for Birthworkers

August 23, 2:30 pm4 pm.
20-30

Hosted by The Sustainable Doula Project

As birthworkers, you spend countless hours holding space for others. This special gathering is a space created to hold space for you.

Join us for Breathwork for Birthworkers, a restorative afternoon of guided practice designed to nourish your body, deepen your inner wisdom, and replenish your spirit.

About the Experience

This session will be guided by Liana Naima, a beloved spiritual wellness practitioner and retreat leader. With over a decade of experience in breathwork, energy healing, and mindfulness, Liana creates sacred spaces where participants soften into presence, release old stories, and reconnect with their true essence.

Expect a soft landing that welcomes all experience levels. Mats and props are provided, though you are welcome to bring your own. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and bringing water.

Every time you sign up, you make a commitment to return to yourself with compassion — and that’s a beautiful thing.

Who This Is For

This space was created especially for birthworkers and doulas who give so much of themselves in service of others. The Sustainable Doula Project | Healing Collective centers the experiences of BIPOC doulas, including queer, trans, and non-binary doulas.
