Bourbon County Brooklyn (2023)

Mark your calendars for the exciting Brooklyn release of Bourbon County (2023) at Queue Beer!

Bourbon County is a once-a-year Imperial Stout aged in bourbon barrels, which imparts some traditionally whiskey-only tasting notes to beer, including vanilla and oak. Goose Island also makes a handful of creative variations each year to keep fans engaged and wanting more. It was always meant to be a limited-release beer that uses Goose Island’s most stringent standards and a time-consuming production process to ensure that every drop exceeds expectations.

On November 22nd from 2PM-11PM, we’ll have the following varieties for you to enjoy:

Draft Pours

• Bourbon County Original (2023)

• Bourbon County Bananas Foster

• Bourbon County Backyard (2023)

Bottle Pours (Wednesday; Friday-Sunday)

• Bourbon County Angel’s Envy 2-Year Cask Finish

• Bourbon County Eagle Rare 2-Year Reserve

• …plus additional vintage BCBS bottle pours (TBD)

We’ll be closed on Thanksgiving Day, but will open back up again on Friday at 2PM, with normal business hours all weekend.

Please note that we will not be doing any retail sales of any of the Bourbon County Stouts. If you’d like to buy bottles to-go, please check out our sister location, Carmine Street Beers, for their annual release on Black Friday.
