ASEZ WAO Clason Point Park Cleanup

BOROUGH PRESIDENT PARTNERS WITH ASEZ WAO YOUNG PROFESSIONALS VOLUNTEER GROUP FOR CLASON POINT PARK CLEANUP

On Sunday, December 11, 2022 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., over 80 ASEZ WAO volunteers will partner with the Office of Bronx Borough President Vanessa Gibson to carry out a park cleanup at Clason Point Park in The Bronx. This cleanup is part of an ongoing effort to raise awareness of positive responses to climate change, which is one of the organization’s goals outlined in the Take Action Project.  A global initiative to impact the effects caused by global warming, the TAP campaign has been carried out in over 80 countries. Volunteers in the Bronx will be doing their part by cleaning the park and removing plastic waste, debris, and unchecked vegetation.
