Susan Spungen Book Signing and Cooking Demo

Head to Amber Waves market for a special cooking demo and book signing with chef, author and recipe developer Susan Spungen for her new cookbook “Veg Forward”. The event will start with a seasonal cooking demo by Susan, making a recipe from her new cookbook, her Red Lentil and Vegetable Soup with Crispy Spiced Chickpeas using Amber Waves kabocha squash, cauliflower, carrots and herbs. Guests will be able to learn cooking tips and have a short Q&A while tasting the soup, followed up a book signing. Books will be available for purchase at the event, and other food and beverage are available for purchase in the market.
