10th Anniversary of Latina Equal Pay Campaign at Milly’s

On September 24, 2025, Justice for Migrant Women, The 75 Million Women Campaign and Speed Rack will host an evening cocktail reception in New York City during the United Nations General Assembly as we prepare for Latina Equal Pay Day. In collaboration with Lynette Marrero and Milly’s we will spotlight Latina mixologists and leaders in the food and beverage industry — another context in which the Latina pay gap persists.
Join us to honor the work over the past decade of the Latina Equal Pay Campaign and celebrate progress made in partnership with those who have made this a powerful movement.
The cocktail reception will take place during the United Nations General Assembly, leading up to the 10th anniversary of the Latina Equal Pay Campaign (October 8), a day dedicated to awareness about the wage gap faced by Latina women. Proceeds will go directly to initiatives supporting working Latina women across the U.S.
The event will feature Latina-founded brands like Tenango Rum by Sofia DeLeon, mixed by bartenders of Hispanic heritage, including Marrero and DeLeon themselves.
